This piece is made entirely from "found objects." The granite was rescued from the discard pile behind a granite countertop fabricator's shop; the inlaid heat sink was from a discarded pentium computer. The voids in the heat sink allow incident light to pass through the tilted granite illuminating the space behind the sculpture.
